The foam core prints were wrapped (as usual ), but placed in a standard UPS box. The box was not much bigger than the prints held within. UPS is rarely gentle with their handling, so the box corners were bent and battered. The foam core prints corners were damaged. Packaging should be more care considered. Unfortunately I did not have time to have them reproduced and was able to hide the damage in a picture frame. I hope this is not standard practice.
