How Do We Ship?
Right now, all our orders are fulfilled by UPS.
What Are Your Options?
We want to be flexible to make sure that you can get your order in the time you need it at a cost you can afford. To do this, we offer a number of different shipping options through UPS.

We NOW ship worldwide! However, at this time, we cannot send an order to PO. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
For Shipments Within The US.
UPS Ground Shipping: This service typically takes one to five business days to arrive (see the map below for a more accurate estimate)
UPS 3 Day Select: This service typically takes three business days from the day it ships.
UPS 2nd Day Air: This service typically takes two business days from the day it ships.
UPS Next Day Air: This service typically takes one business day from the day it ships.
UPS Next Day Air EARLY AM: While not available on all orders, this service typically takes one business day to ship and arrives by 9 A.M.
UPS Freight: This service usually takes one to five business days, depending upon geographic factors. If you are shipping to a rural area, it may take additional time to reach you.
UPS Holiday Schedule - US: 2020 (UPS does not deliver on these days)
- January 1, Wed: New Year's Day
- May 25, Monday: Memorial Day
- July 4, Saturday: Independence Day
- September 7, Monday: Labor Day
- November 26, Thursday: Thanksgiving Day
- December 25, Friday: Christmas Day
For Shipments Arriving In Canada
UPS Standard: This service typically takes five to ten business days. Remember, there will likely be additional customs and tariffs applied as the product enters Canadian jurisdiction.
UPS Worldwide Expedited: This service typically takes two business days from the day it ships
UPS Saver: This service typically takes one business day from the day it ships
Additional Considerations For Shipping
While we will always do our best to make sure that your order is completed and arrives on time, sometimes circumstances prevent this. Please make sure that your graphic designs and other relevant materials are submitted and ready for print so that we can begin your order. Here are a few additional things to remember when considering shipping:
- The UPS will make three attempts at delivery for every customer. We are not liable if the order is unable to be delivered because UPS could not connect with the recipient.
- We ask that all orders be sent to a street address, not a PO box.
- In the case that UPS is not able to deliver your merchandise after three attempts, they will return ship it back to our warehouse. If this happens, you might be liable for extra shipping charges to have your order completed.
- Shipping can be affected by Acts of God and weather.
- We are not to be liable for any shipping delays caused by the weather or any other factors outside of our direct and immediate control.
- If the address you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, it is not our fault. It is vital that you ensure all details are correct upon placing your order.
Handling and Delivery Instructions
Sometimes, your package may require special handling and shipping treatment. If this is the case, options are available at an additional charge. We at Foamcoreprint are not liable for any special instructions given at the time of delivery for your order, as this is handled by UPS.

Please remember that Foamcoreprint.com does not maintain any relationship with the Canadian customs authorities, and as such, the duty to comply with all Canadian import laws, regulations, duties, taxes, and fees falls upon the purchaser. It is your responsibility to remit any and all payments to the CBSA and any other relevant authorities any time your purchase from Foamcoreprint. It is necessary for you to bring on an agent to handle remittance of any fees and any other legal issues arising from such importation of goods. At the time of shipping, we do not guarantee any taxes, duties, or other expenses imposed by Canadian authorities based on the shipping method you have selected. Additional charges may apply when your goods arrive in Canada.
